So I'm sort of an administrator type person for a thing I'm in, and I have discovered that I really do not enjoy standing over people to try and make them do things.

Why don't other people don't have to feel anxious and occasionally nauseous when they can't get something done? Dammit, I'd feel kind of ashamed if I was doing what they are.
